Welcome to Bloom Pediatrics!

Welcome to Bloom Pediatrics, your child’s new medical home! Our aim is to provide the highest quality of pediatric medical care services to our patients in the most caring, efficient, and patient-focused manner.

  • We provide evidence-based care.

We work to always stay abreast of the latest medical knowledge and the most current recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, so that every child receives the best in evidence-based medicine.

  • We strive for excellence in all we do.

It’s important to us that we exceed your expectations, not only with regard to medical care, but in the ways we interact with others. We endeavor to be kind and thoughtful in all of our actions.

  • We want to earn your trust.

Caring for your children is a profound responsibility, and we understand that your respect and trust are to be earned. Honesty and integrity are vital to our relationships with our patients and associates.

Building a Patient-Centered Partnership

Bloom Pediatrics is a Patient-Centered Medical Home, built on a partnership between our patient families and their physicians. To strengthen this partnership, we your physicians make the following commitments to our patients, and ask parents and patients to fulfill some important responsibilities of their own.

Commitments From Your Physicians

Being a part of a Patient-Centered Medical Home, your primary care physician will:

  • Work with you to improve your health
  • Review your medications at every visit and recommend changes if needed
  • Develop a plan with you to improve your health and manage any chronic health problems
  • Set health goals with you and monitor your progress to help you stay healthy
  • Use computer technology as needed to optimize your care
  • Inform you of all test results in a timely manner
  • Provide you with educational material and information about community programs that will help you improve your health
  • Provide 24 hour phone access to a medically trained professional (doctor, nurse or other provider)
  • Work with after-hours care centers to be informed of your visit within 24 hours
  • Offer same-day appointments when needed

Being a part of a Patient-Centered Medical Home Neighborhood, your specialists will:

  • Communicate with your primary care physician about treatment plans, medications, test orders, and test results
  • Support the treatment plans and health goals set by your primary care physician
  • Have an agreement with your primary care physician regarding who will have the lead responsibility for your care if chronic disease exists
  • Have same day appointments available for urgent problems, and appointments within 1-3 weeks available depending on your medical needs
  • Work with your primary care physician to coordinate all aspects of your care

Meet Our Providers

Bloom Pediatrics has been serving our community for over 30 years.  All of our physicians are fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

We practice as a group for your convenience and benefit. This means all the pediatricians at our practice may see your child. You may specify a particular pediatrician when scheduling well or sick appointments. We work on a rotating call schedule within our practice, so you will never be without a pediatric provider should your child have an emergency.

Community Events

Bloom Pediatrics is proud to be an active and engaged member of our community, and you will often find us out at local events.
