We love taking care of kids in Metro Detroit and we’re making ourselves more available. We have opened a second location in Southfield, where we provide the same great care in a new part of town. You’ll see some of the same familiar faces and some new ones.

Whether you are expecting a newborn, have recently moved to our area, or are looking for a new medical home for your children, we thank you for trusting us with your child’s health. We welcome new patients starting at birth to age 17 years.

Bloom Pediatrics has been serving our community for over 40 years. All of our physicians are board certified and fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
We accept most insurance plans.
Because each insurance policy is different, it is important to contact your insurance company if you have any questions regarding your benefits, and to know what your payment obligations will be at the time of service.
Take the “pain” out of pain reliever dosing.
Be confident that you are treating your child’s pain or fever with the correct dose of medication. We can guide you here on how much Motrin or Tylenol to give, based on your child’s weight. (Benadryl too!)

We are proud to present Turning Teen workshops through Bloom U at our Southfield location, open to our patients and the public.
Our next Turning Teen event is Sunday, May 19, with two workshops for tween girls: Body Basics for girls 8 and up, and Girl’s Body Care for girls 10 and up.

"The session went 30 minutes over...parents didn`t want to leave!" 🗯️ Last night, Bloom U hosted family psychologist and ADHD specialist Drew W. Yanke for an engaging and empowering session about parenting children with ADHD.
In this Q&A style workshop, parents learned strategies on how to help their child navigate emotions and challenges at school and home.
