Julia Kimball CPNP She/Her
Birmingham
Julia Kimball has spent the past 13 years practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the emergency department, caring for children with a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. Her extensive background in pediatric emergency medicine has given her a strong foundation in managing both routine and complex medical situations.
Julia is dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care. She believes that taking the time to listen, educate, and reassure families is just as important as treating the illness or injury itself. She strives to make every child feel comfortable and every parent feel informed and confident in their child’s care.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her husband and three children. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her kids from the sidelines and staying involved in their many sports and activities.
Julia is part of our Honeybee Clinic team, caring for children with urgent illnesses and injuries that may need more care than a typical sick visit, such as stitches, IV fluids or breathing treatments. Honeybee Clinic providers work hand in hand with your child’s regular Bloom Pediatrics provider to keep their care connected within the Bloom Pediatrics medical home.
