Brett Hresko DO He/him

Dr. Brett Hresko’s schedule is open and he will begin seeing patients at Bloom Pediatrics in March!

Brett Hresko is a Michigan native with deep roots in the state he is proud to serve. Born in Flint and raised in Flushing, Michigan, he completed his secondary education at Flint Powers Catholic High School before earning his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. He went on to attend A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri, where he completed his medical education. Following clinical rotations in Scottsdale, Arizona, Brett returned to Michigan to complete his pediatric residency with Authority Health in Detroit, reinforcing his commitment to caring for children and families in his home state.

Outside of medicine, Brett enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Desirae, a surgical resident, and their three dogs. He has a strong appreciation for the outdoors, tending to his family garden during the summer months and taking on home improvement projects in the winter. An avid sports fan, he enthusiastically supports Detroit’s professional teams and participates in the Detroit Men’s Wood Bat Baseball League during the summer.

Brett has always felt called to work with children and is excited to join Bloom, where he looks forward to supporting the health and growth of the next generation of Michiganders!
