Tara Kristock MSN, RN, CPNP-PC she/her

Tara is a board-certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Tara has over seven years of experience practicing in private practice and has worked in both administrative and clinical roles. Prior to joining the outpatient pediatric world, she also worked extensively in acute care inpatient pediatrics, spending five years at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital & Michigan Medicine on their Pediatric Hematology/Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant unit. She has a special interest in hematological conditions and their management. Tara is passionate about preventative care & growth & development and truly enjoys watching her patients grow and thrive!

Tara is a native of the metro Detroit area and lives locally with her husband and daughter. She has a twin brother and is also a world medalist Irish Dancer. She loves anything and everything Disney and can be found most fall weekends cheering on the Michigan Wolverines!
